The Heida Raclette AOP is our main product. It is a semi-hard cheese made from full-fat raw milk according to a tried and tested recipe. It has a wide range of uses. It can be used to make an original Valais Raclette. Raclette cheese is also excellent for cooking. The trademark is the Heida imprint on the cheese side, which is protected by AOP. The ripening time for this cheese is 3 to 6 months.
