Heida-Hobelkäse is a semi-hard cheese made from full-fat raw milk according to a tried and tested recipe. It is perfect as an aperitif with a glass of Heida wine. It should not be missing from any cheese platter. This cheese is aged for around 18 months. In keeping with its age, it is a very flavorful, firm cheese.
